Latin-Inspired Gastropub in the LBC

Padre was my favorite addition to Long Beach in 2015. This Latin-Inspired Gastropub is truly a gem in Downtown Long Beach. The former sous chef of Playground is in the kitchen and he. is. killing. it! This is a great place to take family, friends, a first date, a third date, a 100th date or happy hour with the girls. Everything is always fresh, delicious, creative, and full of flavor, and they have something for everyone! I have included some of my favorites below:

charred corn, lime butter, queso fresco, paprika, radish & cilantro

The Peruvian Mac has a spicy kick and so much ooey gooey cheese and the Lomo is full of flavor and the meat is always perfectly cooked. The Brussels Sprouts aren’t pictured, but they are also a big favorite of mine. The Happy Hour serving size is more than enough to share, but if you like this veggie, then you will love this dish and might just keep it to yourself!
