If you are looking for colorful cocktails and a fun atmosphere, look no further than Gracias Madre in WeHo! Their drinks are beautiful and they will be celebrating with $5 appetizers all day long! If you attend later in the evening, you can enjoy a live mariachi band and boozy snow cone machine! P.S. they’re known for their vegan-friendly dishes.
2. Taco Maria
First of all, can we acknowledge how awesome it is that Cinco de Mayo happens to fall on a Tuesday…get it? Taco Tuesday! The perfect place to celebrate this once in a blue moon, solar eclipse, meteor shower experience is at Taco Maria. They serve so many different menus throughout the week (tacos, Prix Fixe dinner, Prix Fixe brunch), but Tuesday nights they keep the tacos on the menu for your enjoyment! They have a flavor combination for every palate!
Let me just preface that I love Corazon y Miel for my cocktail and dinner needs, but their surprise hit is their dessert! They have an intimate, but lively bar area with easy parking and beautiful art covering the walls. Be sure to bring friends that like to share because the creativity of the dishes is off the charts!
