Normally, you know it’s Fall when the leaves start to change color, but not in SoCal. In Irvine, you know it’s Fall when the seasonal donut flavors change, especially at Poqet Donuts. I was invited to preview their new Fall flavors, and I have to say, they didn’t disappoint. The seasonal flavors include Caramel Popcorn, Bananas Foster, Pumpkin Cheesecake, and Chai Spice Cake. All of them were delicious, including a non-seasonal favorite of mine, Caramel Apple (also pictured below). In addition to their seasonal flavors, Poqet Donuts is the first doughnut shop in Orange County to offer custom doughnuts. They have glaze and topping options to satisfy every sweet tooth, but I must say their signature creations distract me from the build-your-own station because they are just too, too good. If you are all about Fall, ditch the PSL this season and make your way to Poqet Donuts for a true taste of Fall (in SoCal, of course).

When the tray hit the counter from the kitchen, everyone was quick to grab the Banana Foster doughnut, and for good reason!
